Amongst the restaurants that I’ve reviewed/visited till now, if ever I’d want to take someone for fine dining, Karma Kismet would take the number one spot.
Starting with their extravagant way of serving soup, their amazing Mocktails, Galouti ki Kismet , Kala Murg Malai , and finally Evolution of Paan, it was truly an amazing experience.
Since I had a 3 course (the food was so heavy had to skip the main course), this was what all I tried:
Gucci ka Shorba – Continuing on what I had mentioned earlier, they initially served us a bowl with Kashmiri Morels, Vegetables and White truffle oil in the center and then brought a separate container from which they poured the soup.
Galouti ki Kismet – I absolutely loved this even though I’m not really a fan of mushroom.
Non Veg Appetizers
Kala Murg Malai – Amazing presentation and lovely taste, the black color is due to the activated charcoal in which the chicken is cooked.
Kasundi Salmon Tikka – Another not only a well presented dish but equally tasty.
Evolution of Paan – To be honest we were a bit confused when we got this dish, as the paan leaf was barely visible. But once we got a hang of it, it was by far the best paan I’ve ever had.
