I visited China Chowk’s recently opened outlet in Supermart 1 some days back, and while the place is a bit difficult to find, but the food and courteous owner made it worth the search. Ranging from how he came about opening China Chowk’s delivery only first outlet in The Sapphire Mall, to his reason for opening the second outlet with seating arrangement, it was an utter delight conversing him, while he kept recommending things to eat and asking for feedback if any.
I tried the Chicken & Coriander Dimsum and Crispy Fish Salt & Pepper. The dimsums were delicious with the coriander adding in more flavor to it, though do keep a check on the amount of Red Chilli Sauce you use, as it’s extremely spicy! The Fish was well cooked, with the crunchiness and their style of making this dish, truly worth having a go at.
I was told they’re also planning on rolling out lunch boxes in a couple of months, so the people living/working in and around Golf Course Road & DLF Phase 4 know wh ere to order in lunch from.
